In this class we’re painting not one, but two(!) paintings, delving in to how to create paintings that can be hung together as a set, but look just as complete (and fabulous) alone. In addition, this class goes deeper into intuitive mark making, as I guide you how, when and where to make a variety of marks with oil pastel, building your confidence and knowledge in the abstract look.
This class focuses on a neutral palette with touches of green, however feel free to substitute the green with a color that’s more suitable to your taste (I’ve listed a few subs and their mixing formulas on the supply list for your convenience).
The supply list can be found in the supply list collection of your subscription library. All supplies are linked to my preferred suppliers, for easy online shopping.
Feel free to use comparable items that you have on hand, or through your preferred art supplier, but do try to stick to the suggested paint brand and color in order to achieve the desired color palette.
